Welcome to KARTEL. By purchasing from KARTEL, you agree to the following store policies.

1. No-Return Policy

KARTEL does not accept returns on opened packages.

Returns are only accepted if the package is completely unopened, unused, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and labels.

Once a package has been opened, the sale is considered final and the item cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A faulty or damaged item; or
• An item that is different from what you ordered,

please contact KARTEL as soon as possible after delivery.

KARTEL may request photos or other information to verify the issue. If the problem is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for checking their order details, including size, colour, quantity, and delivery information, before completing their purchase.

4. Product Condition

All items must remain in their original condition before being considered for an eligible return.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used are not eligible for return.

5. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. KARTEL is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers should inspect their package upon delivery and contact KARTEL promptly if there is an issue with the order.

6. Customer Conduct

KARTEL is committed to providing a respectful experience for all customers and staff. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

7. Policy Changes

KARTEL reserves the right to update this policy when necessary. Any changes will be communicated through KARTEL’s official channels.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED.

RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR COMPLETELY UNOPENED PACKAGES, SUBJECT TO KARTEL’S APPROVAL.
